The question of wheat that you have recently dealt with in Parliament is of concern to me from the point of view of supplying my country, because of the reports we have been making for more than a year with your Services.

I therefore felt that it was in the interest of M. VILGRAIN, my delegate at the JOINT COMMITTEE, to come to assist you in the reorganization you are planning.
