I am Paul Poast, an assistant professor of political science at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. I completed my Ph.D. in political science from the University of Michigan in 2011, specializing in international relations and statistical methodology (my dissertation won the 2012 Walter Isard Award from the Peace Science Society).
